4.3. Click on [New PDCA] whenever want to create a PDCA

4.4.  Accept to create new PDCA from PDCA template

4.5. PDCA template look like

4.6. Fill information for a new PDCA

4.7. Click on Save to make a new PDCA

4.8. Type the name of new PDCA

4.9. Click on Save to keep the content and title of new PDCA

4.10. Click on red icon X to close the MS Word editor

4.11. Continue to [Send for Approval] alert

4.12. Put comment and [Save to Draft]

4.13. My task alert after [Save to Draft]

4.14. Click on My Tasks to see all your tasks, include PDCA tasks

4.15. All My Tasks display base on logon account

4.16. Confirm email after [Save to Draft]

4.17. Click on PDCA Name to open in edit mode

4.18. Click on Save to keep the change

4.19. Choose [Save] to accept or [Cancel] to do not care

4.20. Search a line manager incase that want to change or update line manager

4.21. Choose an account to change or update for line manager

4.22. Click on [Send for Approval] to send the PDCA  to line manager

4.23. Data Status of PDCA change to SendForApproval after developer send PDCA to line manager

4.24. "Send for Approval" alert email from developer to line manager

4.26. PDCA task of line manager

4.27. Approve or Reject on line manager edit form of PDCA

4.28. DataStatus change to Approved, PI Status is Planned and the PDCA is Published

4.29. Alert email to developer after PDCA is approved by line manager

4.30. Confirm email after Approved by line manager for himself

4.31. The Done task need to act by developer

4.32. Type comment and click on Done action

4.53. Alert email to QA Manager when the PDCA be acted

4.54. Close PDCA
