2.7. Slide right vertical bar down and click on [Spare Part Pictures] location
2.8. Click on [Upload] icon from list of spare parts pictures
2.9. Click on [Choose File] button
2.10. Choose a spare parts picture then click on [Open] icon
2.11. Click on [OK] to upload the selected picture
2.12. Click on [Save] icon from [Add a picture] pop up windows
2.13. Click on to select the new uploaded picture the click on [Insert] button
2.14. Clickon [OK] from [Edit Image Properties] pop up windows
2.15. Click on picture thumbnail then click on [IMAGE] tab at the top menu
2.16. Change rendition of thumbnail picture
and so on can insert all the five pictures for the spare parts
2.17. Click on [Capture] buttin to add or capture the spare parts ( Can be click on [To Complete] or click on [Save] )
2.18. The spare parts that just captured look like from All Items view
2.19. New alert for all operators whenever have an spare parts is added, updated by any operator inside a business line
2.20. Email to let operator inside a business line of a vendor spare parts will be get that relative with added, updated or deleted item

2.23. Click on [Edit Item] to continue with capture data for the new spare parts
2.24. Click on [To Complete] to transfer the updating data of spare parts to [Vendor Office] role

5.1. From https://digimindo365-public.sharepoint.com/Lists/Spare%20Parts/AllItems.aspx click on context menu of [Michelin XMCL] spare parts then choose [Edit Item] will open the edit form. After review the spare parts is OK, Vendor Office agree for let it is ready for exporting
5.2. Alert email after Vendor Office agree to let the spare parts for exporting data

6.1. Browse to exporting view by url https://digimindo365-public.sharepoint.com/Lists/Spare%20Parts/Exporting.aspx then click on [List] at ribbon then click on icon [Export to Excel]
6.2. After export well, Mining Spares operator can block the spare parts
