Simple way to let the Deploy well
1. Click Start -> Click Run...

2. Type iisReset

3. Wait untill stop and start IIS well

4. Right click on your SharePoint project then click on Deploy

5. Deploy is well

6. If you are still seeing "Error occurred in deployment step 'Recycle IIS Application Pool'" so please restart your SharePoint Server Front Web application.
